Super Batch Cooking Production Line for Paper Pulp Cooking
In 2007, based on the characteristics of conventional cooking, our company developed a super batch cooking production line with an annual output of 300,000t. This production line adopts an efficient pulping technology based on the conventional cooking method. With the use of new energy, it saves about 60% of cooking steam consumption, roughly equivalent to reducing 10,000t coal consumption per year (measured by standard coal). At the same time, it reduces SO2 emission and soot aggregate of alkali recovery boiler by about 15%, and hugely reduces the emission of bleaching wastewater. According to different raw materials, this technology can also be applied to produce dissolving pulp.
Advantages of Super Batch Cooking Technology
- Compared to the conventional cooking system, our equipment can achieve a great reduction in steam consumption. Our super batch cooking technology can reduce the steam consumption of 1-ton pulp from 2-2.5 tons to 0.6-0.8 tons.
- Oxygen delignification; Low Kappa value; High strength of paper.
- Pulp has excellent bleaching properties for the reasons of low Kappa value, high strength, oxygen delignification, and good production conditions. Meanwhile, relevant chemical consumption drops down, which not only reduces environmental pollution but also lowers paper costs.
- Great reliability: The whole production process is totally under automatic control, and therefore the pulp quality is stable and reliable.
